Today's planning meeting was at
Houston's premiere Vegan Mexican Restaurant.
They serve a great Sunday Brunch,
with menu varying each week depending on what's seasonably available.
My 1st plate of the day
|Picadillo stuffed ancho chiles|
|Roasted vegetables, potatoes and pinto beans|
|Chili topped with Daiya shreds|
|Hungarian tamale with dill and rosemary for tantilizing the taste buds|
This evening, watching the women's NCAA Final Four from Denver.

on advancing to Tuesday's Championship Game.
