Done with this season's college fairs,
relaxing, listening to oldies on public radio,
bit of yard work, house work, and web surfing.
Reading what my fellow

Found this gorgeous organic
Maitake mushroom at Asian market.

Chopped it up, and introduced it into my usual lunch date,
Hugh Jazz Salad
Romaine and green leaf lettuces, avocado, beets, carrots, maitake mushrooms, Daiya mozzarela shreds, olives, orange slices, plums, sundried tomatoes, walnut parma, nutritional yeast, juice from orange slices for dressing.
