This was a good day for reaching out and being there in 
busy Vegan Day Houston.
Attended Montgomery Heart and Wellness'
Houston Town Hall Meeting
"What Can I Eat to Insure My Health?"
(hint - it's all vegan)
organized by Houston's plant-based cardiologist
Dr. Baxter Montgomery.
Website also gives information on ordering his new book,
reviewed in the October issue of VEGNEWS magazine,
which includes a selection of raw vegan recipes.
